Catholic Cemeteries of Long Island offers a Memorial Plaque Program at Cemetery of the Holy Rood. We offer families two different options to memorialize their loved ones:
1. Bronze stone at the base of the memorial tree at the entrance of Holy Rood Chapel
2. Wooden plaque as part of the beautiful wooden artwork displayed in the rear vestibule behind Holy Rood Chapel
