White Candle - No Image (2 Year Memorial)

• The First Name and Last Name of the deceased will be printed on a gold label to memorialize the candle. If a middle initial is being requested, please include in the First Name Field.
• Candle memorials will be located on the candle rack closest to the crypt or niche of the deceased. If you would like to request a specific candle on the candle rack (i.e. top row in the center), please include that information in the Candle Requested field above.
